Initially, what started out as vastly improving the day to day quality of visual content online and in documents, it became clear that a complete rebrand was needed. Alongside my daily tasks of website updates, video editing, social media and infographics etc. I suggested and undertook a complete rebrand for the company. I produced an exciting colour palette and modern logo options, and implemented a strategy for the release of new branding and content across all touch-points.
The 3 sizes of logo are helpful with responsive re-sizing. In some circumstances the logo with tagline should be used while in smaller scales it may be necessary to use just the logo or the icon.
The 'x' height shown here is half the height of the logo. These guidelines help show how much spacing is needed.
Titillium Web is a geometric sans with a wide variety of weights & styles. Its square shapes give a slightly technological vibe, but not so overt that it can’t be used for design work outside of that spectrum.
Titillium is born inside the Accademia di Belle Arti di Urbino as a didactic project Course Type design of the Master of Visual Design Campi Visivi.
Open Sans is a humanist sans serif typeface designed by Steve Matteson, Type Director of Ascender Corp. Open Sans was designed with an upright stress, open forms and a neutral, yet friendly appearance. It was optimized for print, web, and mobile interfaces, and has excellent legibility characteristics in its letterforms.
These posters were created as a 'freebie' for new customers (Schools and Businesses). They were designed to be placed around the office and school environment, educating and reminding people with helpful tips to keep them safe online. Each poster includes and icon and a suggestion of where to place it in the office as well as a section for the Data Protection Officer to fill in their details so that they can be quickly contacted.
Here are some screenshots of the live 9ine website which I helped create. Funky illustrations with on-brand colours were used to humanise the feel of the website. A password protected landing page was created for the 9ine team so that they could easily access all the brand assets and guidelines on the go.
Some of my time at 9ine required me to host live webinars and edit them afterwards. Promotional videos were also made and advertised on Linkedin in an effort to drive up impressions and engagement. Most of these Videos were created before the official rebrand was implemented hence why the old logo appears in the top right corners and the colours are slightly different.
